🐴 Farm Animals

Our animals—including horses, chickens, goats, and others—are part of daily life at Dublin Farm.

Guests are welcome to observe and enjoy the animals from a respectful distance.

Feeding, petting, or entering enclosures is not permitted unless accompanied by staff or during designated activities.

Please supervise children at all times near animal areas.

🌾 Country Living

Expect the sounds, sights, and scents of the countryside—including birdsong, fresh air, and the occasional rooster crow.

Insects, wildlife, and seasonal changes are part of the natural environment. We recommend closed-toe shoes and appropriate outdoor attire.

Weather can shift quickly. We encourage guests to check forecasts and prepare accordingly.

🚜 Safety & Respect

Do not climb fences, open gates, or approach machinery or barns without staff guidance.

Please follow posted signs and staff instructions during your stay.

Guests who disregard safety guidelines may be asked to leave the property without refund.

🕒 Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: Between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM Late arrivals after 11:00 PM are not permitted unless pre-approved in writing.

Check-Out: By 11:00 AM Late check-out may incur additional charges.

💳 Payment Policy

A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.

For peak weekends, holidays, or special events, a non-refundable deposit of 50% may be charged at booking.

Balance is due upon arrival, unless otherwise arranged.

Accepted forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash, Zelle (Checks not accepted unless pre-approved)

🗓 Cancellation Policy

Standard Bookings: Cancel up to 7 days before arrival for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days incur a 50% charge. No-shows or same-day cancellations are charged 100%.

Group & Event Bookings: Cancel up to 14 days before arrival for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days incur a 50% charge; within 72 hours, 100%.

🧼 Property Use & Conduct

Dublin Farm is a non-smoking property. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

Guests are expected to treat the property, staff, and fellow guests with respect.

Disruptive behavior or damage may result in termination of stay without refund.

🐾 Pet Policy

No pets allowed, except for pre-approved service animals. Please contact us in advance.

🍽 Meals & Dietary Needs

Breakfast is included with all overnight stays.

Special dietary requests (vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free) must be submitted 48 hours in advance.

🛡 Liability & Safety

Dublin Farm is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their children while on the property.

📸 Photography & Media

Personal photography is welcome. Commercial photography requires prior written consent.

Dublin Farm may use non-identifiable guest images for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.
